What items are returnable?
- Items delivered within 30 days.
- All tags attached.
- Package intact.
- Unused products.
- Item is within 30 days of purchase.
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Original shipping charges except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
- Collaborative apparel releases.
- Collaborative footwear releases.
Is it easy to return items?
Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions
and a prepaid shipping label via email.
How soon will I receive my store credit?
Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll receive your gift
card typically within 1-3 business days. The credit can only be used
on LEFT website.
*All items purchased on sale, are final, and are not available to be refunded or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing fault determined. This does not apply to items where a discount code or gift card is used during checkout.
* All items marked or described as Jordan style Nike products and Yeezy style Adidas products are non-refundable or available for exchange, unless there is a manufacturing fault determined.
* All product purchased for the use of a photo-shoot may not be returned under any circumstances.
* The majority of our shoes are limited release, and we only have a certain amount available. Please be aware that your shoes may arrive having been tried on in store.
We do our best to get items to you in perfect condition, and unfortunately cannot accept minor scuffs and marks on the base of the shoes as a faulty return.
All returns and specified conditions are subject to the Australian Consumer Law.
We recommend and encourage customers to try footwear on carpet to ensure that dirt is not collected on the sole.
For purchases made in-store, you have 30 days from the date on the receipt to return your purchase for an exchange or refund.

Gift Cards are not refundable.
Please note, we are currently unable to process exchanges for online orders. Any returns requesting an exchange will be refunded.
